We met on a trip to a cabin in North Georgia with friends over Memorial weekend in 2016. We spent the entire week together and stayed in touch long distance (I lived in Indiana and Alex lived in Florida) till I moved to Florida.

We envisioned a day filled with love, family and friends.

3. What mattered most to you on your wedding day. (1 to 2 sentences)

Getting married and celebrating with the people we love.

The Treasury on the Plaza in St Augustine went above and beyond any expectations we had. The staff was there for us from the time we booked our date till the wedding day. Another feature that made it special was having my granddads 25th anniversary ring wrapped around my bouquet, unfortunately my granddad didn’t have the opportunity to meet Alex so this was my way of having him with me as I walked down the aisle. Also, our amazing photographer Kailee captured all fun and romantic moments.

5. Reflect on your wedding and share what your favorite memory was.(2 or 3 sentences)

My Favorite memory is being announced for the first time and coming out of the vault. Another memory is having a last dance with just me and Alex in the room.
